Hi guys!
This thread is for exploring ways of making the raid a more constructive and pleasant experience for every member of this guild. There are two main ways of doing so.
1) Determine a universal raid launching time. i.e. 10 pm eastern time (GMT - 5) but we have to explore every possible option in order to maximize participation and satisfaction.
2) Coordinate overkill. We should implement a rotation on overkill, in order for everyone to have the opportunity of making the big buck un p1.
These two ways are not the only ways possible, please feel free to share your thoughts on how we could globally make the raiding experience a better experience.
